The Caretaker sits in the site team at Charters School, working alongside the Facilities Manager to keep buildings and grounds safe, secure and well maintained. Duties centre on opening and closing the site, general caretaking and portering, basic maintenance, and setting up rooms and equipment for lessons and events. The work is hands-on, with shifts usually between 6am and 6pm that include early mornings, evenings and occasional weekends. Visa sponsorship is not available; start is as soon as possible.
