The role leads the academy's careers education, information, advice and guidance programme and runs every part of Year 10 work experience. It carries a high degree of autonomy, suiting a self-driven person who cares about student progression, and works term time plus training days with two weeks of flexible holiday working. Prior education experience is desirable but not required, as training is given.
