Camphill Village Trust at Oaklands Park in Newnham on Severn is seeking two Team Leader posts to supervise a staff team, lead induction, supervision and audits, and model co-produced support in a community setting.
The roles require Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care, a DBS check, and at least 2 years' experience in health and social care, with PBS familiarity. You will join the weekly management team and be on the rota as a responsible person. Driving licence is a plus.
