The Integrated Care Partnership is recruiting a Care Navigator to support reception work across its four surgery sites. The role focuses on welcoming patients, handling calls and online requests, and directing people to the right clinician or service via Total Triage.
Multi-site work and induction/training are provided. Experience in customer service, reception or administration is preferred, with a professional, confidential approach and strong IT skills.
