Saffron Gardens, a residential home run by Brunelcare, is recruiting a care assistant to support people living there. The work centres on individualised care that helps residents stay independent and supports their physical and social wellbeing in a homely setting. At 36 hours a week, the post suits people new to care as well as those returning to work or changing career. Sponsorship is not offered for this role.
What the job involves
- Deliver outcome-focused care and support so people can make the most of their lives and stay as independent as possible
- Demonstrate, promote and ensure high health and social care standards for people living in the home
- Work with the staff team to provide a homely environment
- Maintain a kind, caring and compassionate approach daily
- Provide individualised care focused on the physical and social wellbeing of residents, within care environment expectations
