A reablement care assistant post with Essex Cares (ECL), helping people regain skills and stay living independently. The work centres on supporting clients to relearn personal care, mobility and meal preparation in their own homes, with a mentor working alongside you until you feel confident. The role is community-based and needs your own car and full licence, with shifts across early and late hours and every other weekend. No previous experience is needed, but visa sponsorship is not offered through direct application.
What the job involves

- Travel between customers in the community

- Availability for early and late shifts, 7am to 2.30pm and 4pm to 11pm
- Willingness to work every other weekend
