This Band 6 post sits within Integrated Care, the urgent out-of-hours and telephone health service run by Welsh Ambulance NHS Trust for people across Wales. The nurse carries out remote telephone triage, assessing callers and advising the right clinical response within agreed protocols, with a high degree of autonomy.
The role is non-hands-on and works alongside GPs, pharmacists and paramedics across a rotating shift pattern that includes nights and weekends.
