Sport for Confidence CIC is seeking a HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist for a 24-month post. You will lead assessments, create co-produced action plans, and deliver short-term interventions to help people participate in physical activity and access community opportunities.
You will work across leisure centres, GP practices and social prescribing teams; responsibilities include referrals, risk assessment, and building collaborative relationships with partners.
