Shaftesbury Group's education provision is seeking an Estates Operative to join the maintenance team across campus. The role covers general building repairs, minor electrical work, carpentry and decorating, and maintaining compliance records for Legionella, fire safety and alarms.
You will work on reactive, proactive and planned maintenance with staff and volunteers, support safety and compliance, and help keep licensing and inspections up to date. Enhanced DBS check required.
