The role covers hygiene checks, staff training, daily kitchen and front-of-house operations, ordering, cash handling, stock, and budgets. It is a 37.5-hour week on a rota including weekends and bank holidays.
Experience supervising staff is essential, and you should be able to motivate the team, respond to colleagues and customers, and adapt to change in a growing organisation.
