Adullam Homes Housing Association is recruiting a Service Coordinator to support people with multiple and complex needs within its Bury ABEN service. The post centres on building and delivering a tailored, person-centred support package for each individual, helping them develop the resilience and skills to live independently or move on into permanent housing. The post holder will also help maintain and develop the Association's values and culture. Applicants must already be authorised to work in the UK, as no visa sponsorship is offered.
What the job involves
- Develop and deliver a person-centred support package tailored to each service user
- Support people with multiple and complex needs within the Bury ABEN service
- Help service users build the skills and resilience to maintain independent living
- Support service users to move on into permanent housing
- Contribute to the maintenance and development of the Association's values, culture and ethos
