Tower Family Healthcare is seeking a Medical Receptionist to support patients by phone and in person, manage appointments, and handle inquiries across four sites in Bury. The role includes talking with patients, processing referrals and prescriptions, and maintaining accurate records using EMIS.
Shifts are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:30pm, with full training provided. GCSEs including English are required; NHS experience and EMIS familiarity are desirable.
