Bradford Council is seeking a senior key worker to co-ordinate Education Other Than at School (EOTAS) provisions for a caseload of young people with SEND in Bradford. The role includes line management of a small EOTAS team and acting as the key worker for families.
You will work with casework officers and external partners to ensure EHC plans are implemented and progress is made, while supporting future education planning and annual reviews.
