The Bridge Project in Bradford is recruiting a full-time coordinator for rough sleepers and people at risk of rough sleeping, joining the New Vision Bradford partnership that runs an adult drug and alcohol service. The post holder becomes main care coordinator for an assigned caseload, building tailored care packages through assessment, recovery planning and key work.
Outreach and district-wide travel are central, so a full driving licence, a vehicle and business insurance are required.
