Bank Medical Receptionist in Bradford

Bank Medical Receptionist in Bradford

Bradford Full-Time On-site
T

Bank medical receptionist post in the reception team of Kensington Partnership's GP practices, working as and when required across the practice sites. Most incoming calls go through an AI telephone system, so the work centres on face-to-face patients, calls the system passes on, and AI-assisted triage. • Process correspondence, home visit requests, ambulance transport and interpreter bookings
  • Handle payments, receipts, deliveries and general administration
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to GPs, clinical staff and colleagues
  • Communicate with patients, carers and external agencies, including those with accessibility needs
