Bracknell Forest Council is seeking an experienced Social Worker for a fixed-term maternity cover in the Child Looked After team within the Life Chances service in Bracknell. The role focuses on care-experienced children, covering assessment, care planning, permanence and transition into adult services for older adolescents.
Part time at 22.5 hours a week with regular travel to placements inside and outside the area and occasional out-of-hours work.
