Beaufort Road Surgery is seeking a friendly reception team member to act as the front-of-house link between patients and clinicians. The role covers telephone and face-to-face enquiries, booking and canceling appointments, and signposting patients to the right service.
The position is 25–30 hours per week across Monday to Friday with a 12-month fixed-term contract, located in Bournemouth. GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above are required, along with customer service experience.
