Lansdowne Primary Academy is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to work within the Gateway Learning Community on a permanent basis. The role focuses on small-group provision for pupils with SEND and supporting emotional as well as social development, with flexible working options including job share and part-time arrangements.
Support will be provided under the direction of class teachers and the SENCo, with observations recorded to inform pupils' needs and progress.
