Care assistant post in the community reablement service at Essex Cares (ECL), a permanent role helping people regain independence at home and in their local area. The core work is relearning daily living skills, alongside personal care, medication support, mobility and meal preparation. Contracts run at 25, 30 or 35 hours with every other weekend, on early and late shifts, and the role needs a full licence and own vehicle for travel between customers. Applicants who need visa sponsorship cannot apply directly.
