This outreach post sits within Dorset Community CAMHS, supporting children and young people with complex mental health needs who are at risk of disengaging from treatment. The work centres on helping them stay in treatment and reach agreed goals, working with families, carers and partner agencies.
Most of the role is community-based, with visits to homes, schools and local settings across Dorset, within a multidisciplinary team. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
