One permanent Senior Support Worker post in the Exmoor Drive team, within Adult Communities & Provider Services, covering an 8-bed residential and 3-bed replacement care service. Work meets the care and support needs of people with learning disability, dementia, mental health needs, physical disability or at end of life. Rota of 35 hours a week mixes shifts with some weekends and a Sunday enhancement. Appointment is conditional on a satisfactory DBS check.
What the job involves
- Support residents with learning disability, dementia, mental health, physical disability and end-of-life needs
- Work as part of a team to improve the lives of residents
- Work 35 hours a week on a four-week rota with some weekend and Sunday shifts, which may change with service needs
