University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 Sister/Charge Nurse for Ward 3, a 28-bed renal ward with a Renal Assessment Unit. You will support the Ward Manager in day-to-day coordination, patient flow, safety and supervision of junior staff, and lead in the Senior Sister's absence.
Renal specialism and links with the dialysis unit and renal CNS teams are key; some work in the assessment unit may be expected.
