Modality Partnership is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to lead on complex employee relations cases and deliver day-to-day HR services across a multi-site network. The role reports to the Head of HR & Workforce Development and includes deputising for the Head when required, with remote working and occasional site attendance.
You will analyse workforce data, advise on employment law and policies, support change projects including restructures and TUPE, and coach HR colleagues to uphold Modality CARE
