What the job involves
- Support the school's behaviour and pastoral systems across the school
- Take a lead role in the Refocus Room
- Support pupils during difficult moments to regulate, reflect and re-engage positively with learning
- Work closely with the Assistant Headteacher for Behaviour
- Contribute to the wider pastoral provision
What's required
Qualifications
- English and Mathematics at GCSE A*-C or equivalent
Experience
- Experience of working in a school
Skills & knowledge
- Knowledge of safeguarding procedures
- Knowledge of approaches to managing behaviour and behaviour modification strategies
