Fairway Primary Academy in Birmingham is seeking a part-time SENDCo for maternity cover from January to October 2027, three days a week. The postholder leads SEND provision across the school, keeps practice in line with the SEND Code of Practice, and runs the EHCP process, including applications, reviews and annual meetings.
The role involves working closely with teachers, families and external agencies, supporting staff development, and promoting an inclusive culture where every child is valued
