Ark St Alban's Academy in Birmingham is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to keep lessons running when teachers are absent. You will supervise classes across subjects and year groups, oversee work set by teachers and maintain a calm, safe room that helps pupils stay focused.
You may undertake interventions, pastoral duties, detentions, trips and admin tasks as needed. The role requires strong literacy, numeracy and organisational skills, resilience and a belief in the potential of every pupil.
