Chrysalis Multi Academy Trust, in partnership with Teach First, runs the Chrysalis SCITT programme hosted at Claremont High School. This one-year trainee post leads to QTS and a PGCE with a four-day-a-week school placement from mid-September to July focused on applying learning in the classroom.
Trainees develop biology subject knowledge, learn teaching methods, and manage workload and wellbeing, supported by online and face-to-face modules and a mentor. Visa sponsorship is not available.
