The six-month fixed-term Sister/Charge Nurse post in the Neonatal Team at Luton and Dunstable Hospital, part of Bedfordshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, centers on patient safety and clinical governance.
You will lead incident investigations, prepare quality reports, monitor risk, support staff in evidence-based policies, and deputise for the Lead Nurse, with occasional travel between Bedford and Luton sites. Teaching, appraisal, and recruitment activities will also be part of the role.
