This is a senior support post with the Agincare Wiltshire team, based on the outskirts of Trowbridge, supporting individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism. The work mixes hands-on care, including personal care and community activities, with leading and guiding staff across several locations and reviewing care plans and risk assessments. It suits someone with senior support or team leader experience who is comfortable with complex needs and holds a full UK driving licence with their own car. Agincare cannot offer visa sponsorship.
What the job involves
- Provide hands-on support, including personal care and community activities

Qualifications
- Level 2 Health & Social Care
Experience
- Experience in a senior support or team leader role
Skills & knowledge
- Confidence supporting complex needs
- Strong organisation and IT skills
Checks & eligibility
- Full UK driving licence and own car
- Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK
