The Care Team Leader post at Critchill Court Care Home, run by Agincare, is where the holder leads and guides the care team. Core duties are personal care for residents, medication oversight, activities and close work with families. Day shifts of 36 hours a week on a two-week rolling rota with alternate weekends, and cover for senior managers when they are absent. At least two years of social care experience is needed, and visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications
- QCF Level 2 or above
Experience
- At least 2 years experience in social care
