What the job involves
- Lead the day-to-day management of the school site, keeping it safe, secure, clean and welcoming
- Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, statutory inspections and premises regulations
- Manage planned and reactive maintenance, site improvement projects and external contractors
- Line manage the premises and cleaning teams
- Work with the Senior Leadership Team to deliver efficient, responsive, high-quality site services
