A permanent part-time Teaching Assistant Level 2 post at Darton Academy, part of Delta Academies Trust, starting November 2026. The work is to enable pupils' access to learning through support programmes, carried out under teachers' direction and including helping to manage pupils and the classroom. Duties may be in the classroom or elsewhere in the school, in a large academy running over forty clubs. Visa sponsorship is not available.
What the job involves
- Deliver work, care or support programmes that enable pupils to access learning, under the instruction of teaching and senior staff
- Assist the teacher in managing pupils and the classroom
- Work in the classroom or outside the main teaching area
