Midday Supervisor post at Outwood Primary Academy Littleworth Grange, covering the lunchtime period across the primary site. The role centres on keeping pupils safe and well at lunch, supervising the dining hall and other designated areas, and managing behaviour through positive strategies. It is a term-time-only role of five hours a week, from 12:00pm to 1:00pm, starting 23 November 2026. Visa sponsorship is not available, and an enhanced DBS check is required.
What the job involves
- Ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of pupils across the site during lunchtime
- Supervise the dining hall and other designated areas
- Model acceptable conduct, manners, speech and appearance and uphold behaviour standards
- Intervene in behavioural issues using positive behaviour management strategies
- Help keep the dining environment clean and free of slip hazards, including clearing tables and tidying equipment
