What the job involves
- Deliver engaging, innovative lessons across Business programmes from Level 2 to Higher Education
- Support learners' progress, achievement and academic and personal development
- Contribute to curriculum development and planning
- Carry out assessment of learners
- Develop engaging learning resources and teaching approaches
- Work closely with the Course Leader and wider curriculum team
- Contribute to learner recruitment activities
- Contribute to employer engagement and departmental initiatives that support student outcomes
Qualifications
- Teaching qualification such as Cert Ed or PGCE, or equivalent
- Degree, or equivalent qualification, in a relevant subject
Experience
- Two years' experience working in an education setting
- Experience of delivering learning to a range of learners
- Experience of developing learning materials
