Barnsley Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 Sister/Charge Nurse to lead the Medical Same Day Emergency Care unit on a six-month fixed-term secondment. You will oversee the unit's daily running from clinical assessment to discharge or escalation to inpatient care.
You will manage staffing, patient flow, and develop the nursing team while working with the multidisciplinary team to reduce avoidable admissions and ensure patient safety and high-quality care.
