The GP practice at Darton Health Centre, Dr Gerald Eko's Surgery, is seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join the clinical team on Fridays. This 10-hour weekly post is ideal for a nurse with strong immunisation, chronic disease management and health-promotion skills.
You will work alongside the existing practice nurse, deliver planned nursing care, maintain records, and contribute to audits and quality improvement within a friendly, multidisciplinary primary care setting.
