The Decontamination Services Team at Barnsley Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is offering an 18-month apprenticeship as a Decontamination Technician, delivered by Barnsley Facilities Services. You will clean, assemble, pack and sterilise reusable medical devices, including flexible endoscopes, sourced from theatres and clinical areas.
Training to Level 2 apprenticeship with the IDSc Technical Certificate is provided, so prior experience isn’t essential.
