What the job involves
- Deliver agreed work programmes with individuals or groups, in or out of the classroom, including specialist areas where needed
- Maintain good order and keep students on task
- Supervise whole classes during short-term absence of teachers
- Assist teachers across the whole planning cycle
- Manage and present resources for lessons
- Respond to student questions and help students complete set activities
