The Methodist Church in Britain is seeking a Bank Enabling Support Worker for Next Steps, the day centre run by Shaftesbury Group for young adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. The post is bank-based with no fixed contract.
You will support individuals, help with activities, and maintain records in line with plans. Responsibilities include following person-centred plans, personal care and medications when required, and covering sleep-in sessions when available.
