Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 7 charge nurse for the Paediatric Emergency Department to lead shifts, coordinate staff and resources, and ensure safe, holistic patient care within the department.
The post holder will line-manage the team, support colleagues, uphold standards, and work closely with the Paediatric Assessment Unit and Neptune Paediatric Ward to improve patient flow and outcomes.
