This Band 6 physiotherapist post sits within Medway Stroke Services at Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust. The work centres on guiding stroke patients through their rehabilitation across inpatient units, the early supported discharge team and longer-term rehab. Although the service spans several settings, the post is predominantly based in the community team. For now, applicants must already work for Kent and Medway NHS organisations or their staff bank, or be a newly qualified AHP, and visa sponsorship is not offered.

Registration & licences
- HCPC state registration
Experience
- At least 18 months recent experience within the past 2 years at Band 5 or above
Skills & knowledge
- Awareness of and skills to deliver evidence-based assessment and treatment for neurological impairments
Checks & eligibility
- Documentary evidence of right to work in the UK
Nice to have
- Membership of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy
- Community clinical experience with patients who have neurological conditions
- Comprehensive knowledge of the stroke service
