A junior post in the UK Operations Team of iRhythm Technologies, a digital healthcare company that makes wearable heart monitors. The work centres on receiving and processing patch devices, picking and packing shipments, and keeping stock and patient data records accurate. It is a full-time role with a staggered 8am or 9am start, fully onsite with no hybrid or remote option. No degree is needed, as full training is given on all systems and processes.
What the job involves
- Receive and process patch devices, including patch data upload
- Enter patient information manually and data across multiple systems
- Pick and pack outgoing shipments to specification, labelling cartons
- Receive deliveries and load them into the correct stock location
- Complete and maintain shipping, stocking and intake documentation and systems
- Check data accuracy and initiate corrections
- Report potential system or device issues or risks to management
- Handle patient data in line with corporate policy and compliance standards
- Communicate across departments
- Work on proactive projects to improve the service offering
- Follow Quality System requirements
