Oxford Health NHS Trust's Peer Support programme team is seeking a coordinator on a 13‑month fixed‑term basis to cover maternity leave, working across Buckinghamshire services. The core work is recruiting, training and embedding Peer Support Workers into inpatient, community, CAMHS, older adult and specialist teams.
It is part-time at 26.5 hours a week, can be taken as a secondment or fixed-term contract, and suits someone comfortable working autonomously.
