Fairhive Homes is seeking a Neighbourhood Manager to oversee a designated patch of properties, handling tenancy matters from successions and permission requests to tenancy fraud, antisocial behaviour and safeguarding cases, with regular contact to spot vulnerable residents.
You will lead estate walkabouts, coordinate with staff, contractors and external agencies, and ensure fire safety and health and safety actions are completed while building positive relationships with residents.
