Heart of Lincoln Medical Group is recruiting an advanced practitioner to work autonomously across four embedded sites. The post holder will assess, diagnose, treat and manage acute, urgent and long-term conditions, supporting the practice triage model and independent prescribing where qualified.
The role requires an Enhanced DBS clearance, NMC or HCPC registration, and a postgraduate qualification in advanced clinical practice. Interview date is 5 November 2026.
