Inizio’s Clinical Homecare Nursing Team is recruiting a registered nurse to deliver specialist care in patients’ own homes, focusing on IV therapies and parenteral nutrition. You will work with NHS teams, assess patients, escalate concerns and educate patients and carers to manage treatment, with autonomy over your visits.
The role is community-based, travel between visits counted as working time, and requires a minimum of one year’s post-registration experience and a full UK driving licence.
