A band 5 registered general nurse joins the district nursing team of Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust on a full-time basis. The work is home visits for complex needs: wound care, catheterisation, IV medicines, diabetes, palliative symptom control and drain care, largely working autonomously.
Weekend working is required, usually one in three, across an 08:00 to 18:00 service. Community experience is not essential, but understanding of autonomous community working must be shown.
