An as-and-when teaching assistant post at St Teresa's Catholic Primary School and Nursery, offered on a casual rather than fixed basis. Working under the class teacher and leadership team, the role supports lessons, gives targeted help to individuals and small groups, and helps manage behaviour and routines. It also involves adapting resources for pupils with additional needs and contributing to pupils' care and wellbeing. An enhanced DBS and health checks are required, and visa sponsorship is not available.
What the job involves
- Assist with delivery of lessons under the guidance of the class teacher and leadership team
