Mendip Vale Medical Group is seeking a Patient Co-ordinator to be the first point of contact for patient enquiries and appointment requests. You will work in the telephone hub, booking appointments by phone and at reception, and directing people to the right service or clinician.
The role requires reception or customer service experience, and GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above. EMIS experience is desirable and training will be provided where needed.
