This is a Care Assistant post in the care home team at The Croft, run by Agincare, a large family-owned care provider. The work centres on person-centred personal care, helping residents with medication and daily routines, and building companionship through activities and social time. Shifts are part-time at 18 hours a week, covering alternating weekends, and no previous care experience is needed, with training provided. Applicants need the right to work in the UK for at least 12 months, as sponsorship is not offered.
